​Rowe Academy is a center for artistic, cultural and spiritual enrichment that offers classes and private instruction for children and adults.  In addition to instruction and skill development, the academy fosters personal development through workshops, support groups, spiritual retreats, and family activities. Located in the Germantown section of Philadelphia,  Rowe Academy was founded by Dr. Patsy Baxter Rowe in association with Vivian, Landis, Maria and Booker Rowe.  It draws upon the gifts, training and experiences of its associates. All classes, retreats and workshops are designed, not only to develop skills, but also to encourage individual self-expression. We aim to unveil potential, stimulate spiritual growth and foster the creative gifts of our students and staff. We strive to  help our students soar in performance and in life.
